Event aiming at presenting the Pocemon project to the audience - although from the scientific point of view - in a simple, down-to-earth way . The media prefers - due to their lack of knowledge, expertise, understanding and language - information that can be directly communicated to the lay public . Goal of this press conference was to create initial visibility and taking advantage of politicians and journalists as multipliers in awareness building and in the dissemination of Pocemon .

• Paper accepted to the BIOCOMP Conference at the World Congress in Computer Science. The paper, presented at the conference, details the leveraging of wireless communications for handheld devices in the healthcare setting. The full paper was presented and published in the proceedings of the conference, which was attended by more than 2500 delegates from 85 different countries.
